Together with colleagues from Sales, Front Office and IT, ydou are responsible for the multifaceted order flow of our clients. Will you join our team?

What are you going to do?

As a Technical DTP / order manager, you will be responsible for various activities. A versatile function in which a graphic design is developed into one or more of our many marketing materials. Think of menus, leaflets, posters, flyers, banner campaigns and you name it…. With your graphic background and knowledge, you know how to accurately transfer our clients’ designs to our Brand Management Platform. Of course you do not do this alone but together with a team of colleagues who are happy to help you. Your daily tasks also include placing orders, answering emails and contacting clients or producers.

What we ask

  • Completed relevant graphic design MBO+/ HBO education
  • At least 3 years of demonstrable experience in a similar position
  • Planning your own work and being able to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Extensive and relevant experience with Adobe Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • DTP technical knowledge, processing files and orders well and accurately
  • Creativity is less important given the nature of the work
  • Affinity with computer systems and software and be able to master them easily
  • Stress resistant and looking for a versatile job
  • Being proactive and showing initiative to improve processes
  • Strong communication skills and good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing
  • Collegial and with a good dose of humor, of course there is also laughter to be had 🙂
